The problem is, User2 and User3 can't see this calendar in their copy of Outlook 2016 for Mac. ![]() ![]() Details for this calendarĬalendar permissions: Default (none) Anonymous (none) User2 (Reviewer) User3 (Editor) In Outlook 2016 for Mac (by going to Organize > New Calendar) for a project they'll be working on with two other's within the organization (User2 and User3) and shares this calendar with these two users (both within the organization). User1 has a primary calendar and by default, anyone within the organization can "Open Shared Calendar" in their copy of Outlook 2016 for Mac and add User1's primary calendar (which appears under Shared Calendars in Outlook). This secondary calendar never becomes available to the individuals it's being shared with. (with Reviewer permissions, because of the Free/Busy bug in Outlook for the Mac).īut, having an issue when trying to share out a secondary calendar to, but only to specific users within the organization.
